Creeping Fig Vine Vagigated

So lately, my creeping fig has been having fragile leaves. Anytime I move the plant for watering or anything, a bunch of leaves fall. I know that the vagiated creeping figs are picky, but is this part of it?
Do I need to give it fertilizer?

In my experience, this plant LOVES to be wet ALL the time. I keep my creeping fig in a self-watering pot.

I keep my string of turtles (another type of creeping fig) in water as well. The bottom of the pot is always touching water so the soil NEVER dries out.

This plant will drop leaves if it doesn't have enough water.
You might be able to water t he plant and then keep water in this bottom dish for extra measure. (:

Here are some pictures of my creeping figs.
@sarah10orio Thank you ๐Ÿ˜Š I also have a string of hearts and have been having trouble with. Would you know how to bottom water her while it's in a macrame. I don't like moving her.
I agree with the above comment about them loving water and humidity.
It's hard to bottom water with hanging plants sometimes, but the string of hearts isn't the same type of plant as a creeping fig so it doesn't necessarily need to have the same care.

I have a cool squeeze bottle to use with my hanging plants.

This one is similar to the one I have.
