@PurpleRose ok that’s what I suspected but wanted to be sure. It looks like you repoted from a plastic pot with a lot of drainage to a ceramic pot with likely one drainage hole at the bottom. These plants appreciate chunky and airy soil and lots of drainage. That way they get frequent watering and little to no chance of getting excessive fungal growth. I would recommend to check this soil and clean up any damaged roots with sanitized shears remove any bad soil, rinse roots well (with a 1:3 mixture of peroxide for the last rinse) and replace in more chunky soil that has a mixture of things like perlite, orchid bark, coco bark, coco noir etc. Also because it has reduced in size, you may need to downsize the pot until it grows again. If you want to air on the safer side, after cleaning up the roots, and rinsing them with water and also hydrogen peroxide, you can put the plant in water to allow it to grow more before putting back in soil. Water can be a lot safer while you are getting more familiar with soil moisture and consistency etc. Kobe’s gonna make it. You got this!
My plant is in the same stage like the first picture. What changes did you make to your plant to make it look healthy ??
