Advice on my Thai Constellation

Question

This is my Monstera Thai Constellation that I got December last year. It sits about 2.5 metres from a window and gets maybe 15 minutes of direct sunlight some days. It has no pest problems, however its last new leaf came out at the end of May and I have been trying to encourage more new growth. I am wondering if it may need a repot but I don’t want to cause the plant unnecessary shock if that won’t help. Does anyone have any recommendations on what I should do?

@iNeedMorePlants your Thai con needs more light. 2.5 meters is really far from a window
