Hello! I own a monstera deliciosa, and mine drooped recently when it was ready to water.
Yours, on the other hand, looks to be a monstera, not a Swiss cheese plant (in the Greg database and community, 'Swiss Cheese Plant' often refers to Monstera adansonii, while 'Monstera' often refers to the Monstera deliciosa, or its smaller lookalike Monstera Peru, also known as Monstera karstenianum. Sometimes, 'Swiss cheese plant' and 'Monstera' are used interchangeably). Your monstera could either be a young Monstera Deliciosa or a Monstera Peru (normally, I would attach images, but I'm on Android, so no uploads).
Anyway, your Monstera could either be droopy from either underwatering or overwatering. Stick your finger in, and if the soil feels dry, give it a drink. If it feels slightly moist, that's perfect! If it feels soaked, repot it immediately into new soil.

@iatecinderella is that where it usually is? Looks like there is not much light up there and the side of it is drooping down to catch the blue light. Could be as simple as that. Your plant should always be able to tell where to grow to find light. I think it’s just growing down to get more of it. You shouldn’t worry too much though. As long as you have a drainage hole and even if you did water it just wait. I wouldn’t exactly stick to the apps advice though. Water disappears at different rates. For example my avocado plant has ALOT of heat. I’m not going to rely on the app too much vs what’s actually going on. See if you can stick your fingers in down. And maybe if it’s time to repot. It being too wet for long periods of time means either not enough heat which isn’t good or there is pretty much not any more soil. Happened to my plants some years ago. I didn’t care enough and they grew so much into the pot there was not even space to actually get the water down further in the pot they have blocked the path. You don’t want to get root rot too. But don’t worry I think it’s quite literally just going off to the side to get the blue light. There’s a huge leave facing towards the light on the left. The middle there are leaf like shields to get the light that’s going onto the pot. In the darkness too right no leaves are growing. And the leaves in middle right are growing down to the blue light (blue is good for plant leaf growth and root growth. It might be as simple as that and it looks like that. I saw a plant I found once I wish I could show a photo of. We were in an abandoned building once and looking around. A plant was growing inside close to the exit and it looks like it had grown with the lights of the building and now was growing out through a garage door into the sun. (There was a small hole down) it had traveled so far with one weird stem going outside. Plants just do what they can to survive. Sometimes it can look weird. Plants even make weird leaf shapes to get the maximum amount of sunlight exposure. I don’t know if you know but plants in the same soil/vicinity can communicate. I was stupid when I first started and had two completely different types of plants growing next to eachother next to a window. My mango plant grew the biggest leaves I’ve ever seen in the weirdest shape literally bending itself into a shield do block the other one from accessing the sun. The leaf looked so ugly but was totally healthy. (Plants are weird but simple)
Good luck with your monstera problems! I’m so jealous, my cats wouldn’t leave it alone and unfortunately, it’s toxic to cats 😭😭 my boyfriend has a cat too or I’d make him get a monstera! (My logic is we are horribly into Halloween and monsters in general so we need a monstera, he has 3 life-size cardboard cutouts of Frankenstein, wolf man, and Dracula on his living room wall year round 🫣 and I begin decorating for Halloween in August!)
@LuxuryRedvein33 it is only small-medium. About an arms length in size when it’s not so droopy
@Kreoo thank you. I’ll consider this! I took the photo last night so there was no light then :) but usually the light can be decent. I’ll try changing it around to another area of the house! Thanks for all the advice
@Quiztaylor I have cats, so I’ll have to keep this one away from them! Glad you mentioned that! Halloween is, of course, the best holiday🤷🏼♀️😂
