Sadly no 😞 Cabbage trees are hardy in USDA zones 9-11 with some breeds being able to handle zone 8. Missouri has a range of zones between 5b-7a, thus the weather will be a bit too cold for it to spring back up next year :( I would suggest taking it inside over the winter so it doesn’t freeze 🥶🪴
