6β pot without drainage
Last watered 1 day ago
the rule of thumb with most plants but especially cactus and succulents are you give them a water and let them completely dry out, donβt water again until the soil is bone dry (stick ur finger in the first cms) make sure itβs getting heaps of direct sunlight :) succulents will tell you when they are getting thirsty bc they store their water in their leaves when they start wrinkling or going soft theyβre asking for water but i just usually water once a month or so depends on ur climate!
i also just noticed itβs in a pot without drainage holes? if thatβs true itβll definitely need a repot! the roots will be bound to rot from holding in moisture, aeration is key! i also recommend repotting anything after buying it as the nursery plants come straight from the wholesale in their compacted soils and doesnβt usually get repotted (i try to if itβs extremely bad) use a cacti succulent mix into a pot with drainage holes
