Hibiscus Propagation ?

Hey everyone! I took a 4 inch cutting from one of my hibiscus and successfully rooted it in water. Yay! Once the big root was about 2-3 inches long, I moved it to soil. And here’s where the trouble begins. The prop *had* 😞 2 leaves at the top of the stem. No longer. Without the leaves, is it toast and time to try again or can it still survive? @BabeVila have you propped Hibiscus before? I tried to research my question, but haven’t yet found an answer! 😱

I haven’t! I was about to comment that, but then was like “well, that’s not helpful, what’s the point of commenting?” Lol so I didn’t say anything. I have Chinese hibiscus that I’ve brought back from the brink of death, but I’ve never tried propping them.

Haha! I’ve been there too! I’m just going to *leave* it. 🙃 What’s the worst that can happen? 😝
