Those are actually fruits you got there. Already flowered and pollinated!
The beautiful pink color, and the fact that they fell off easily, tells me they are pretty ripe. Which means I don't think it did any harm when you dropped them and they fell off. You can now choose to try and taste/eat them if you want, or let them dry out and collect the seeds and try sowing your own baby-cacti😊 It is really fun!
