That red colouring is not a bad sign, it’s acting like sunscreen because your jade is getting plenty of light!
If the colour shifts to brown or beige, might signal too much heat, just something to watch for.
The plant info says it’s in a pot with no drainage? You might want to consider moving it to a different pot. Jades are succulents and do not like standing water.

@GutsyMandrake53 once you see that the soil has dried out completely, throughout the whole pot, you can water again. Drench the soil until water runs out the drainage holes.
