I’m not sure, but I would try and give it bright, direct light to encourage growth. Your cacti can take the heat!

@WhollyAirpotato They’re right with direct light or sun exposure. It will take many years for it too grow noticeable on size . They’re very slow growers. It will never be done growing if you take care of it right . Lots of sun and let it get bone dry between watering. This neglect is what makes them thrive . Also a good cactus soil mix with added perlite or charcoal to help it drain. Best type of pot for cactus is terracotta.
