Weird spots

He keeps getting these weird grey dry spots, but I'm not sure what he needs.
Anyone know?

I put it into picture this and it’s saying it sees aphids but I don’t see any. Do you??

No, there's no bug. Thought he was getting too much water, but he lives outside and I stopped watering him
