These just look like leaves that have were killed off to generate energy for the plant. Only other thing I can think of is over/underwatering because some of the tips were brown.

Most likely overwatering. I’d recommend letting the soil dry out a little more between waterings.

If the Greg app is suggesting a watering and the soil is still to wet for a watering, you can snooze the plant and then it will give you a reminder in a few days.
