Interesting. So yellow new growth is an immobile nutrient deficiency symptom because plants cannot move said nutrient to the new growth. These include calcium, iron, manganese, boron, zinc, copper and sulfur. For the yellow leaf indicated, most likely iron manganese or sulfur. However, most nutrient deficiencies of this sort are actually cause by a pH imbalance in the soil making certain nutrients unavailable. I'd get a soil test, make sure to test pH. Either that or you have a strange mutation on your hands.
