@RadGutweed12 watering every two weeks for indoor/winter is too much. Succulents need a soak then dry method. Soak the soil then let the soil dry COMPLETELY. Always check the soil before watering. It's also recommended to pot in terracotta pots with drainage holes in a chunky/gritty succulent mix with added perlite for extra drainage and aeration. The picture looks bad to be honest. You'll have to unpot and check the roots and stem for rot.
