Hand pollination tips?

I'm about to get some more flowers and I don't wanna mess this up! Last time I got flowers on my pepper plant all the flowers dropped, I did try hand pollinating with a makeup brush but maybe I didn't do it enough or somethin? Any tips?

If it has open flowers on it, honestly, I would put it outside. I mean it’s a pepper plant so it can take 90 heat like it’s nothing in the full sun as long as it’s not thirsty. Hand pollination is common in craft cannabis, but I have never really heard it for a pepper plant. I could guide you through it but really unnecessary.

Put a small jar over a flower with pollen gently shake branch to release the pollen, itοΏΌon several blooms, use a qtip or small paint brush to collect the pollen out of the jar & apply it on each flower. Is one way, another way of trying to area pollinate turn cannon & shake the plant β€œif in a tent” pollinates entire tent.
Thanks for the advice! It's more of an experiment more than anything, I don't have any outdoor space but I've heard it's possible to grow veggies indoors
