Brown spots

There’s brown spots on the top leaves and some of the leaves are shriveling up. Any suggestions of what it is and what to do? #Sedum
1ft to light, direct
6” pot with drainage

My guess is the regular soil mix is too absorbent and so it’s retaining more water than Tornado can process. I’d switch to a succulent mix. And put him in his own pot. The asparagus fern that’s in with him now is an aggressive plant. It will fill the pot with roots, choking out the succulent and taking the nutrients for itself. I’m assuming you’ve inspected for pests. I don’t think it’s sunburn because they can take a lot of light. But if you recently increased the light or put him in a new spot it could be a reaction to the sudden change.
Oops I just looked more closely at your other pic and it doesn’t look like asparagus fern it’s lemon ball sedum. They’re probably okay together 👍
@MariansOasis @Splashydolphin to me, this looks like sunburn. While they can withstand a lot of direct light, if it wasn't getting enough light previously and then wasn't gradually acclimated to full sun, it could definitely end up burning ☺️
@slayonium what do you think?
@stephonicle @slayonium So is there anything I can do?
@Splashydolphin you can move it back a bit, but honestly you might not need to do anything. I think this is a situation where it wasn't gradually acclimated to full sun. The whole reason for doing that is to avoid potentially burning the leaves, but since yours already burned... lol 😜 Like @MariansOasis said, these plants can handle full, direct sunlight. The west-facing window where you have yours is ideal. If you were to move it further away it, then it might start reverting back to all green. So I guess this was the long way of saying you're all good, no need to do anything 🤓
