Hi, I got this two months ago and I think I underwatered ...

Azalea love acidic soil so I would start there before assuming it’s under watering. Soil PH with azalea is top priority to how they react and respond. Plus, if it is a ph problem, you can add the amendment to it whien you water.
I don’t know alot about this plant but it probably need more water or different soil but also depends on what plant it is
I wouldn't assume underwatering if only one side of the plant is behaving badly. Often if you have a cold draft on one side, you will see a negative reaction on that side and not the other.

If @AnthuriumQueen is correct, I can comment that North American soil tends to be slightly alkaline, and peat moss can be a great way of increasing the acidity of your soil.
@SilkenPansy Your plant card says it has no drainage. If this is correct, this is a problem. Your plant needs drainage.
