Rex Begonia Vine

I’ve had this about 2 months. In a north window, east windows are open but approx 12 feet away. I water around every 10 days. Leaves have slowly lost color and are dying and falling off. Any thoughts??
Note - today it’s cloudy out so not as bright as usual
