@FoxyMiro yes @vvvelo is correct the one plant looks like root rot and saving what you can to propigate is your best best but the other is a Haworthia not Hens and Chicks - they have different sunlight needs and you may want to separate them? To prevent root rot I'd also put them into smaller shallow pots with drainage holes and quality succulent soil. Hope that helps! 🙂
