Unsure about these growths
#NeverNeverCtenanthe I’m not sure what these growths are and can’t find anything online. The black bits are concerning me a little so any info would be appreciated!

@CleanCantaloupe I don’t think there is any cause for concern. Those are flower spikes or clusters growing on the plant! They rarely flower so you are doing something right! I’ve read that the Never Never Ctenanthe flowers are a bit like the introverts of the plant world: small, white, and easy to overlook amidst the plant's showy foliage. But for those who pay attention, these inconspicuous blooms are a rare treat. Keep up the great work!
