You usually repot succulents every 3 or 4 years. By repotting I mean just gently shaking off old soil and replacing it with new succulent soil. Succulents have small shallow roots and don't need big pots. Your succulent can sit in the present pot for another 3 years, unless it outgrows it dramatically.
Succulents shed their old leaves. They direct most energy to new leaves. So, yellowing and thinning, and eventually shedding of old leaves is a natural process. Nothing to worry about. Instruction: do not cut off older leaves until they're dry and shrivelled. The plant needs time to shift the nutritional reserves from old yellowing leaves to new leaves.
Your plant looks happy and healthy.
