Brown and drying fronds

#BambooPalm within the last 2 wks Bambi has been loose fronds. It starts out with this brown rash looking stuff, and it moves downward. I had to cut some fronds off because of it. There is still lots of new growth, and she even has berries developing. Does anyone know what this might be?

It could be fungus on the leaves, do you pour water over the leaves when you water it? Is it in a high humidity area without much air flow? You can also check if th3 soil is wet as this may also be aggravating the issue.
I have a parlor palm that I've kept both inside and outside, and I assume the care is similar for both plants. In general, I've noticed that the plant seems to do better inside if it has less water. It seems to be pretty sensitive to overwatering, and I'm wondering if that's the case for yours especially if it isn't getting a whole lot of light.
No, I don't pour water over her leaves. I don't live in a high humidity area, but I use a humidifier. I let her dry out between watering. I do have her by the front door. The lows here right now are in the upper 60s. Maybe that's too cool for a palm?
