Insect eggs or Fungus?!

I’m having a hard time determining if these white fuzzy balls in my plant soil are insect eggs or fungus. Does anyone know? Either way what might be the best treatment?! Thanks in advance!

Have you messed with the fungus/eggs, to get a better idea of what they could be? You could remove the top layer of soil and put new fresh stuff in to get rid of it. If it's fungus vinegar is supposed to be able to get rid of it I would probably dilute it with some water before adding it depending on what the plant likes for its soil pH. Could do both too if you want but those are the only two things I can think of that might work or be helpful.
Amazing!! Thank you so much!! I’ll try that!
It’s fungus, it’s is not inherently bad, but it’s a sign your soil is staying too wet. This fungus itself doesn’t hurt the plant, but staying too damp can cause rot eventually. You can remove it if you want with a spoon.

However I would not pour vinegar in your plant, that will alter the soil ph and also if not diluted properly damage the plant cells. You can use diluted hydrogen peroxide solution to kill it if you want. Like 1tbsp hydrogen peroxide to 1 cup water.
