Can I trim my plant to make it thicker?

You should be able to prune a swiss cheese vine to make it bushier. Use thoroughly washed scissors or shears to cut off just above a leaf node (the bumps where leaves grow) and the plant should focus on growing more leaves underneath that point. Plus, if you put the part you cut in a cup of water it should grow roots after a few weeks and you can have another plant!
I've put my Deliciosa cutting directly in a vase with regular potting soil with lots of drainage and perlite. 3 years later it is huge.

To propagate a Monstera, I usually cut below a node and not above. The new roots form from the node.
Just making sure this is the right name for my plant before I cut the little beauty, just learning plant life
