Sick Tasmanian blue gum
Its leaves are curly, have yellow spots and I see some webs around the leaves, could it be spider mites? And what to do if my plant it really young?

Spider mites are my biggest fear. I heard if you see webs your in it bad! Take it to the shower/sink and spray it real good. Treat the plant, the soil and the pot with neem oil or insecticidal soap. Treat any other plants you have and do it again within the week.
