@OptimalDodder53 it looks like your soil is too organic, it's holding too much moisture which is potentially rotting the roots and it looks like your pot is too big which is contributing to holding moisture. I would suggest repotting and checking the roots for rot. They should be white/whitish, firm and have no bad smell. A terracotta pot with drainage hole is recommended, but the most important part is the soil. You need a chunky/gritty succulent mix with added perlite for extra drainage and aeration and only water when the soil is COMPLETELY dry all the way through. Lots of light, acclimate to direct sun. You could also prune all the dead stuff if you want.
