I'm new and need advice..🙏

Question

Could someone tell me if my Elephant Ear plant is ok inside with a growing light? 
It has drooped and lost some stems (they were mushy) since i got it a couple of weeks ago.

That looks like a Monstera to me, but regardless, it should be fine under a grow light. If it’s mushy, you might be overwatering. I always use a chopstick and stick it deep in the soil,  if it’s dry water if it’s not wait.

Hello @heroheteromeles If you continue to see mushy, it would be wise to take her out of the pot and check for root rot. If roots mushy remove them rinse all the soil off. Remove the stems that are mushy. Repot with fresh soil that is chunky and well draining.

Also spray the roots with a combination of water and hydrogen peroxide to prevent further root rot ￼￼
