Anyone know what's going on with the leaves?

Can you provide some info regarding its care? Watering routine, how much light it gets, etc? Also if you have more photos showing the entire plant and the soil, that would be helpful.
Based on just the plant card photo, my guess would be edema/rot from overwatering. Although zebra Alocasia don't like their soil to completely dry out, they can develop root rot if they sit in soggy soil for too long. The top several inches of soil should feel dry to the touch before watering. The type of pot and soil can also contribute to overwatering. Thick-walled glazed clay pots hold onto moisture and prevent the soil from drying out quickly. Alocasia prefer a chunky soil with excellent drainage. Something like regular potting soil with perlite and orchid bark added in is good (3 parts soil, 2 parts orchid bark, 1 part perlite).

These guys are newly rescued from HD... and were really dry. My other thought was maybe they got some cold damage during shipping. But they seem to be getting worse, the leaves that had seemed to be affected. There are a few with new leaves coming out (I bought 6 of them) and only water when the top is dry. I know the potting mix that they came in is terribad and have been giving them a chance to adjust to my home environment before transplanting them. Thank you for the recipe on making chunky soil. I bought an aroid mix and was trying to figure out how to reconstruct and making my own, which would most likely be cheaper than buying the pre-made in "bulk" since the largest they offer is only 1 cu.ft. This variety is labeled Jungle Music and are toted to be a shorter version of the zebra. I do have a full sized zebra that I hav had for years now and have not had any (knocks on head) issues with so far. That is why these new ones are baffling me.
I also only use plastic pots for the health of my plants.
Thank you for your insight. I just wanted to make sure that the plants were not diseased, as the damage seems to be increasing on said leaves. The new ones are unfurling now. ๐ค๐
