My Herbst’s Bloodleaf has made it through its first bloom! Most of the flowers have fallen. Do I need to remove the stems?

Try to let the stems dry up first before (carefully) clipping them. ^^
That's what I suggest, but I've never had those kinds of plants myself ^^'
