@YesTagetes43 thank you! The white spots on some leaves...are those holes or a cottony substance? Per the yellowing leaves, if they're primarily at the very bottom of the plant closest to the soil, it might be nothing more than the oldest leaves dying off, which is a completely normal part of its growth cycle. However it can also be due to the soil staying too wet for too long. Drainage is important, so is allowing the soil to sufficiently dry out between waterings. Even when the soil's surface is dry, it can still be quite wet further down near the roots.
It looks like the spots are thinning on the leaf! Not holes and no cottony substance. The plant has been treated with Neem oil and has lots of new growth on the tops .
