It is a Hedge Cactusβ¦
Just some useful informationβ¦ you can use the plant identifier on Greg to detect what plant it is.. to get there you press the purple β+β button down at the bottom, between the βCareβ and βDiscoverβ icon.

@L06flower itβs similar but looks a little more like the toothpick cactus than the Peruvian apple cactus. But when theyβre full size they can look very similar at a distance. But up close youβll notice many differences. The hedge cactus or Peruvian apple cactus is also known as the cuddly cactus due to the lack of spines. And it has an unusual shape to it.
@SirLiquorice
Very interesting! π€
Thanks for the information! Iβm new to succulents, and donβt know much about cacti.. Have a good day!

@SirLiquorice ππ thank you!! Yes it does look like that, awesome! I can rename it! I actually also have a Peruvian apple cactus, so I know what that looks like. The needles on Danger Pickle are like 2 inches long!! Thanks @KikiGoldblatt @L06flower! And thanks @Dustmite! Love a fellow cactus owner from Ohio β€
@L06flower yeah Iβm still learning new stuff every day. Cacti seem to be one of the most difficult to identify. It took me awhile to try to differentiate certain ones and I am still confused with certain ones. And the app still identifies many of them incorrectly because there are so many hybrids and variations. Some that I own I still donβt know exactly what they are. Only partially what type. But we definitely appreciate you trying to help identify. The more people trying to help the better. Thatβs whatβs awesome about the Greg family
@UnbiasedTree yeah I love the long spines the toothpick cacti π΅ have. Thatβs what steers me towards certain ones is the crazy spines. Like the Neoporteria I have. This one. Crazy flowers and spines
