Why is my cactus wrinkled and squishy?
A couple weeks ago Elvis started to wrinkle and become squishy, I water my cacti once a week but I figured maybe this cactus should be watered less so I began watering Elvis once every 2 weeks and it's only gotten worse. What do i do?

High chance it's overwatering.
Before you water you should make sure that the soil is completely dried out. Cacti love being dry in the pot for a while before watering.
For now you should check the roots if they are rotting! And to make sure the plant itself isnt rotting.
If the roots are soft, squishy, brown or smelling really bad it is rotting.
Best way to treat is to cut of the dead roots, rinse under the sink and then spray with hydrogen peroxide.
After that you can repot with fresh/dry soil. And let it adjust for a week.
Then you can start watering again, make sure you check if the soil is completely dry before you water again. This you can do with your finger, wooden/bamboo stick or a moisture meter.
If you see the plant itself rotting, you can also chop off the rotting part. Then let it dry out in the air for a 2-3 days and then pot up in soil.
Don't water until you see roots forming.

Elvis is overWATERed, @iEmbodyPurple... cacti don't need to be WATERed weekly, they store water, they're survivalist plants.
Uproot Elvis and cut away any browning, mushy, rotted areas. Allow what remains to air dry for atleast two(2) to three(3) days... or until it has healed/hardened at the cut points. Re-pot in fresh soil. Growing forward, schedule yourself to water Elvis approximately once every two(2) weeks, ohkay?
