My Peace Lily looks wilted from being delivered in the sn...

Unfortunately this is cold damage. All you can do is remove the affected leaves and place it somewhere warm, then give it some time to bounce back. This is why if you're going to order plants during the winter, heat packs are essential to ensure your plant doesn't arrive damaged. Even with heat packs it's not a guarantee, especially with recent frigid temps and if your package is in transit longer than 72 hours (with the longest-lasting heat packs available). Just a minute or two of exposure to below freezing temps is long enough to cause cold damage.
@stephonicle thank you so much. Is there a best place to cut the leaves off?
@HotPetunia63 as close to the stem/base as possible. No big deal if some of the leaf is left behind, it will eventually dry up and fall off on its own. But decaying plant matter can attract bugs, so try to make the removal as clean as possible. Use sharp scissors or pruners that have been sterilized w/ 70% or higher isopropyl alcohol so you don't invite any contaminates to enter the plant where you make the cut.
@stephonicle thank you again. I’ll keep you posted
