What are the brown spots on my money tree?

#MoneyTree
I have two Money Trees and find that they don’t really like to get too wet. I let the soil dry out before I water again. Gregg app gives me the right timing and amount of water (based on the info I give Gregg ) and it’s thriving. I also don’t put them in direct sunlight. Here’s a link from Greg App that could help you with your Money Tree. https://greg.app/brown-spots-on-money-tree-leaves/#:~:text=Overwatering%20and%20root%20rot%20often,that%20get%20the%20most%20sun.
Make sure the soil is not constantly wet and that the pot has good drainage.

Ironically, underwatering can also cause brown spots as the plant may become stressed and its leaves may wither or develop spots. Ensure the soil is consistently moist, but not waterlogged.
Money trees prefer bright, indirect light. If they don't receive enough light, their leaves might develop brown spots or edges.

And last but not least, Money plants thrive in moderate temperatures. Ideally, they prefer temperatures between 15Β°C to 30Β°C (59Β°F to 86Β°F). They can tolerate slightly cooler temperatures but may suffer if exposed to frost or extreme cold.

I hope this and other people's responses here help you.πŸŒ±πŸ’š
Most of the time, money trees hate a lot of water, direct sunlight, and cold weather. Brown spots were often formed, especially when exposed to strong light.

I'm making a video on Instagram about plant questions. Follow me if you don't mind!https://www.instagram.com/iplantaddict_now/
I noticed them on mine as well, there was a rubber band on the bottom of mine from when they were forming the braid. That holds moisture, creates fungus.. if you didn't remove that, take a look for it. They do not like loads of water, I found its best to forget about it and water it when it's dry. Good luck!
Looks like burn spots .
