Is my Philodendron dying?

Is it dying? Is there anything I can do? Just repotted it to a better aroid soul mix.

top off the top with new soil don’t water until 1/2 days after

It was greener two weeks ago and the new baby leaf died 🥲 @JustPlainDee — thanks, @PrincessWarrior!

I probably overwatered it, yeah 😔 I read that baby plant should stay moist but I probably overdid. I added some top soil as @PricklyBear suggested, really hopes it can recover!
