It looks like not enough water for sure it also says there’s no drainage . I would definitely get a pot with drainage!

Definitely need me a pot with drainage and some water. It looks to be in a dark room from the photo so a room with more light wouldn’t hurt.

Sometimes they curl from dehydration and you can fix it by adding some humidity.
