Does your pot have drainage holes? Peperomia really like to dry out between waterings. I only water my Russo about every three weeks.

I recommend you first take it out from the substrate. Check if some of the roots are still ok. Use the best in a new substrate. The substrate much to be super drained. Spread the watering time. And see how is going on.
