The drainage could be an issue the yellowing could be a sign of insufficient nutrient or too much light. (It’s not “sunburned” because the whole leaf would not be yellow). Hope this helps and your plant gets better :)

Bugs on your plant. Isolate the plant and kill the bugs with Neem oil (you need to spray both sides of leaves and stems once a week for 3 weeks, always in the evening to prevent sunburn). Good luck.

@SvelteKingfern I had another plant near this one that I found webbing on, so that makes sense. I am treating the other with neem oil. Can I keep them together while they’re being treated? Should I go ahead and treat the other plant that has been with them? I am new to plants, so this is a first for me.

If all 3 plants are infected isolating one from another makes no sense. You can treat them all in one room.
