Left for the weekend, and all the beans fell off!

Does anyone have any idea what is going on here? I watered this and left for the weekend and now it looks funky. A bunch of the beans (?) fell off and the ones on the stem are still looking plump. I noticed some mold on the soil as well. What can be done?!? TIA!

I would repot it and throw the beans that fell off on top of the soil because they will grow babies

I'm wondering if it is getting enough light. Insufficient lighting can exacerbate an overwatering issue.
