Can I plant?

I've had it in water for over three months. It's grown four leaves and dropped the first two (I assume it's just a part of growing) are the roots long enough to plant? #Begonia

Yes! The roots look long enough to plant now. Ideally, you want roots to be at least a couple of inches long, and yours look well-developed.

Since it’s been in water for three months, transition it carefully to soil by keeping the soil lightly moist at first (but not soggy) to help it adjust. Use well-draining potting mix, and try to keep humidity up while it settles in.

Dropping older leaves is normal, especially during propagation. As long as new leaves keep growing, it’s doing fine!
@BackupDigitfern i would say they are. I’ve had this Pathos in water for almost a year and am thinking about separating it and put part of it in dirt
I think?
Looks like lotsa roots! I'd wrap the roots in water-soaked sphagnum moss before planting, to give the roots time to adjust to the new grow medium.
