Sad Chandelier plant
After witnessing this baby alligator plant struggle for its life, I decided that I am going to leave it inside since I think its just too harsh for it to live outside. It grew roots on the top of it so now its anchored down from the top. I just watered it so we'll see what happens I guess. Fingers crossed! #Kalanchoe

@MeekBasil80 Hi Kimberly, sorry that your plant is struggling. In my experience with this particular Kalanchoe, it’s been very easy to care for and I have grown so many new plants from cuttings. I just love it!!! I have some growing in sun & partial shade and some growing in direct morning sun. If you’d like another one, I’d be happy to send you one of mine.
Yeah im not sure what exactly happened with mine to be completely honest. Maybe improper watering? Watering too much or not enough? I did have it kind of sitting outside in the very hot heat in the sun on top of a (hot) brick wall in a little plastic pot so maybe thats why. Im still a beginner (as you can tell) so maybe its just something I had to learn the hard way like this. Never put a plastic pot on top of a brick wall that gets heated up by the sun because it will stress the plant out to extinction.
But yeah @YammieOf3 I would love that! I bought this from a fellow plant parent that is local to my city so I suppose this would be a cool way to make up for my abuse to this plant.
