I woke up this morning with a couple small brown spots on my largest pink leaf. I’d like to get ahead of any problems before they start. Would appreciate any identification/advice!

If you're talking about the light brown spots on the edge, that's a humidity issue. The variegated parts need more support, since they lack chlorophyll. They're somehow more susceptible to humidity issues, so adjust for 60% humidity with a small humidifier.
If you're talking about the dark brown spots across the width of the leaf, that looks more like either a stain or mechanical damage, nothing to worry about about
