These plants love humidity, hate being waterlogged, and love indirect light. The larger the leaves and the straighter the stems show happier plants.
Consider pebble trays with water to create humidity if you don’t have a humidifier. Or even just misting the leaves with water everyday to create humidity.
And baying it by a window that catches the morning sun, as the rays are less harmful.
