Need help with ID

Hi! Can anyone tell me what plant this actually is? I’ve had her labeled as Xanadu but she’s obviously not lol. I took in a ton of fancy plants from a coworker a while ago, and she might’ve told me the correct name but I couldnt keep track of everything and just went with Greg’s best option. Thanks! * I updated with some closer up pics of the vine and stem, it’s a woody vine and the stems have little bumps and produces little drops of clear sticky sap.
