Lil guy is stuck!
I was given this plant by a peer a while back along others, and all the other plants have grown and evolved but this one doesn’t develop anything! Qhat could be the cause? Is there still hope?

@FineDeerfern36 mhmm perhaps? i water it every 3/4 weeks on winter and I guess I have been uping it to 2/3 weeks on warmer months? But my plants tend to be on the underwatered side.
