Hm I wouldn't repot a succulent unless the dirt needs fixing or the roots new more space. Succulents like it snug. The top of the plant doesn't say when it needs a bigger pot, the roots do.
Have you checked if that's a pup? It kinda looks separate from the other half. If it's a pup you can carefully remove it once it has its own roots and grow it separately from the mother plant ^^
