Just curious, why glass? Glass heats up quicker than terra cotta, clay, resin, and plastic (I think), so you’ll want to keep that in mind. Recently, I’ve met a couple of successful succulent growers who use Forest Moss @SuperbRaspfern can speak to using it.
@DesertGreen Forat moss is for orchids. For succulents I use a very rocky mix. 🩷

I highly suggest just like @DesertGreen no glass. If you want the perfect succulent pot go with terracotta. It will save you from issues down the road!
@SuperbRaspfern @YokeSkyplant8 a great soil mix is 2 parts Perlite (wear a mask when you use it, your lungs 🫁 will thank youπŸ€“), and 1 part succulent soil. It’s ok to buy soil that’s labeled for cactus use,; sometimes, it’s less expensive for the same product.
