Mealybugs on baby fin

Im new to this. I have treated the fins( adult fin and baby fin) with a DIY insecticidal soap (warm water, tea tree, peppermint soap, peroxide and rubbing alochol). And isolate it outside for a while. What should i do next? pestsHappen">#pestsHappen #WhaleFinSnakePlant

Have you tried neem oil?
I have one of these too and I'm no expert but that sounds pretty good! You probably just want to keep an eye on it to make sure the pests are gone. The pest treatments I've read vary from daily to weekly check-ups so it may depend on how badly infested it was. Best of luck! πŸ’š πŸͺ΄
@Sierramist Also.... physical removal of what you can see. Wipe those leaves down after spraying with Neem or your insecticidal soap. The essential oils can help as protectants. But, be careful to go lightly. You do not want the oils clogging the transpiration pores. πŸ€—
I hate these bugs!!! Such a pest! Now that you have treated take a q tip with a dab of rubbing alcohol and get all the bugs you can see off. Keep it isolated for sure and keep checking for any new buggies….
@Hoyaobsessed thank you!
@ProbablyScale thank you! I appreciate your advices. Im keeping a close eye on it and i didnt see any insects show up yet. But ill spray it with insecticide soap every 3 days in caseThanks ! πŸ™
