I would CK the bottom soil and make sure it's not retaining water
Let it dry out if it is and move the soil around so it isn't packed and clean the drainage holes

I’m no expert but it looks like it might be getting a little too much sun? I don’t know so maybe ask a local nursery in your area. If it’s near an A/C unit than that may be the problem. #ChineseFanPalm
