Aging and a normal leaf cycle. Bottom leaves always shrivel up and die when the plant no longer has use for it due to the leave being too far away from a light source . Your plant is killing this leaf itself because it has new growth it wants to focus its energy on.

Thank you very much! I am new to plants altogether, and I’m terrified I’m not going to be able to keep them alive. Happy to know it’s nothing I’m doing 😊

@DrivenGuepinia Silver squills lose leaves a lot. As long as they keep making new ones too, your plant is ok!👍
